Cancellation Timeline
At Tripswallah, we prioritize transparency. As we make advance commitments to our luxury hotel partners and transport providers in Rishikesh and other destinations, the following cancellation charges apply:

Refund Policy
Once your cancellation request is received and processed via email at info@Journeazy.com, the following conditions apply:
- Refunds are credited back to the original source of payment within 7-10 working days.
- Bank transaction fees or convenience charges are strictly non-refundable.
- For helicopter-based spiritual tours (Kedarnath/Badrinath), airline-specific terms apply.
Important: No refunds are issued for "No-Shows" or if a traveler decides to abandon the trip midway for personal reasons.
Weather & Calamities
In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters (landslides, snowstorms, floods) or government lockdowns, Tripswallah will issue a Future Travel Credit Voucher valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
